You can order on-line through our secured shopping cart or off-line via email or fax or phone.

SHIPPING
We ship clothing worldwide. Shoes and Boots we ship to the USA and Canada only. The shipping costs for all international orders will be determined after the orders are placed completely. Please allow 24 hours for us to contact you to receive your shipping costs. We ship all international orders via USPS Global Priority Mail which takes 10-15 business days to arrive from the date it is shipped.
RETURN POLICY
Our customers are our number one priority and your satisfaction is important to us.
1 - Notify us by e-mail at admin@denycesboutique.net within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return.
2 - Once you notify us, you will be issued a RMA #.
Return the item within 10 days with a copy of the invoice and we will issue you a (redeemable coupon) for store credit to use at your leisure.
If a store credit is not acceptable we can issue a refund less a 15% restocking charge.
We cannot accept garments or shoes used, worn, soiled or altered by the consumer. Some items that are an exception and cannot be returned are IGIGI, ForPlay, Hey Baby of California dresses, which are custom made by the manufacturer.
Due to health regulations, we will not accept returns on lingerie or underwear.
All shoes must be returned in the original Manufacturer Box with outside packaging. If the box is damaged we will charge a 15% restocking fee.

To properly process the return/exchange you need to include a note with your name, address, email, phone number.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the items were damaged, defective or we sent you the wrong color, size or style.
You are only allowed to exchange once per order.
All clearance sales, hosiery sales and undergarment sales are final. It is recommended that you insure the package for delivery back to us.
By placing and order, Denyces Boutique customers acknowledge acceptance of these terms. Allow 7 days after we receive your item to process the return.
Once an order is placed and processed it cannot be cancelled without a restocking fee of 15%.
